We only collect information you provide voluntarily through the contact form on this website. This includes:

  • The type of inquiry you are making
  • The message you write

We also automatically record the following technical information when a contact form is submitted, to help us understand where visitors come from:

  • UTM tracking parameters (e.g. utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) if present in the URL you arrived from
  • The first page you landed on during your visit
  • The website you came from before visiting this site (referrer)

This information is stored temporarily in your browser session only and is submitted alongside your form entry. It is not stored independently or tracked beyond your form submission.

We use the information you submit to:

  • Assess whether there is a fit between your needs and what we offer
  • Understand which channels are bringing people to the site, so we can allocate effort accordingly

5. Cookies

This website does not currently use cookies for tracking or analytics. UTM parameters are stored in your browser's session storage (not cookies) and are cleared when you close your browser tab.

If Google Analytics or similar tools are added to this site in the future, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent notice will be displayed.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information
  • Ask us to delete your information
