2. What Information We Collect

We collect information you provide voluntarily when you book a discovery call through Cal.com or email the team. This can include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your business or organisation name (optional)
• The context you share about what you are working on
• Your selected meeting time and booking details

We also automatically record the following technical information through analytics and attribution tools, where consent allows, to help us understand where visitors come from:

• UTM tracking parameters (e.g. utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) if present in the URL you arrived from
• The first page you landed on during your visit
• The website you came from before visiting this site (referrer)

UTM information may be stored temporarily in your browser session. It is used for attribution and is not sold to third parties.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Assess whether there is a fit between your needs and what we offer
• Understand which channels are bringing people to the site, so we can allocate effort accordingly

We do not use your information for:

• Unsolicited marketing or newsletters
• Selling or sharing with third parties for their own use
• Automated profiling or decision-making

4. How We Store Your Information

Discovery call bookings are handled by Cal.com and the connected calendar/conferencing tools used to schedule the meeting. Access to booking details is restricted to Jerry and the team responding to your inquiry. Data is retained only for as long as is needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, and is deleted on request (see Your Rights, section 7).

This website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process request data (such as IP addresses and page visits) as part of their infrastructure. You can read Vercel's privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

5. Analytics and Cookies

This website uses Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. These tools place cookies in your browser to recognise you across pages within a single visit.

We use Google's Consent Mode (v2). When you arrive on the site, all advertising and analytics cookies are blocked by default. A small banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies:

• If you click Accept, GA4 begins collecting aggregated, anonymised usage data — which pages you view, how long you stay, which CTAs you click.
• If you click Decline (or simply ignore the banner), analytics cookies are not set. We never use advertising or remarketing cookies on this site regardless of your choice.

UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, etc.) may be stored in your browser's session storage and not in cookies. They are cleared when you close your browser tab.

You can revoke consent at any time by clearing cookies for jerryjariwalla.com in your browser. The next page load will show the consent banner again.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information
• Object to how we use your information
